* removed unused import and addressed linting errors

* adjusted integration_manifest dictionary to only load latest major

* adjusted manifests sourcing from GH to EPR CDN

* added some additional comments and formatting

* updaing integration-manifests file

* adjusted test_integration testing

* addressed flake errors
