The meterpreter stat command is a little broken in that it assumes uid/gids
16-bit. Prevent this from erroring with python meterpreter on a system with a
large uid/gid.

Use WSASocketA() over socket() for second stage compatibility. Seems to now work with the shell stage (Tested on XPSP2/IE7) but still not working with meterpreter.
