Jeffrey Martin dee523f9e7 load to mitigate first missing db connection 
When calling `first` in Rails 5.2 the connection is not found
however by forcing the records to load with `to_a` which happens to
function correctly the call is then sent to `Array.first`

Jeffrey Martin 07cbe426e2 Rails 5, all models inherit from ApplicationRecord 
ApplicationRecord is a new superclass for all app models, analogous to app controllers subclassing ApplicationController instead of ActionController::Base. This gives apps a single spot to configure app-wide model behavior.

while making the call to check the MSF version.

Matthew Kienow 52c67a6952 Modify ResponseWrapper to support three states 
There is a success response, an error response and a failed response.
An error response contains a body with an error message from the
server-side, while a failed response represents an invalid response
caused by an issue with the request or response.

Brent Cook 4f08d1e864 Fix credential reporting service lookups. 
Noted by @actuated, auxiliary/scanner/ipmi/ipmi_dumphashes was displaying an error when run against an IPMI endpoint that had a common hash. This was due to the services lookup in the database not extracting the first element of the results array.
