The `needs_cleanup` flag needs to be set per-module when an exploit
needs an interactive session to clean up. Some `FileDropper` exploits
need additional cleanup to what the mixin provides, but since all
`FileDropper`s already mark themselves as needing cleanup those are not
covered here. A few of these could potentially be refactored to use the
original exploitation method to clean up or to compile the list of
files/commands to clean up ahead of time, but that is out of the scope
of this fix.
This fixes an undef method 'payload_exe' error. We broke this when
all modules started using Msf::Exploit::CmdStager as the only source
to get a command stager payload. The problem with that is "payload_exe"
is an accessor in CmdStagerTFTP, not in CmdStager, so when the module
wants to access that, we trigger the undef method error.

So after making changes for MSIE modules (see #3161), I decided to
take a look at all MS modules, and then I ended up changing all of
them. Reason is the same: if you list modules in an ordered list
, this is a little bit easier to see for your eyes.
created 4 cmd stagers (instead of just one): CmdStagerVBS, CmdStagerDebugAsm, CmdStagerDebugWrite, CmdStagerTFTP
created a TFTPServer mixin
created Msf::Exploit::EXE mixin to generate executables
updated all uses of CmdStager to use CmdStagerVBS for the time being
add exploit for cve-2001-0333 using CmdStagerTFTP
updated tftp server to wait for transfers to finish (up to 30 seconds) before shutting down
write debug.exe stager stub in 16-bit assembly (used in CmdStagerDebugAsm)
