bigendiansmalls 3289d89836 Added Extended passive mode to the core ftp module. 
Extended passive mode (EPSV), as documented in RFC2428
is similar to the PASSive mode in that it requests that
the server open a port and wait for a data connection.
However, in unlike PASSive mode, Extended Passive mode
returns only the port on which the server listens for
the data connection, not the IP + Port.  The client is
expected to use the existing IP (e.g. the one it used to
create the initial control channel connection) to connect
to the new data port.

Where this becomes important is if the server is behind
some type of natting device, EPSV will work in this case,
PASS may not.

Existing ftp.rb did get_once, which limits file
DL to 16384 (def_block_size). Change to get and
added one more timeout variable see:

bigendiansmalls e5e9c7ccd6 Fixed ftp.rb so it closes all data sockets 
ftp.rb was doing a shutdown without a close on data
(not command) sockets.  This can cause CLOSE_WAIT
for extended periods in certain circumstances-ending
only when msf itself is closed.

William Vu b701048ce2 Fix data_disconnect to shutdown only if datasocket 
Seeing people use this with ensure when their data channel was never set
up. This breaks things. :)

Tod Beardsley d41e94050e See #2034. This adds a basic FTP bruteforce module. It also makes some minor changes to auth_brute (allows for both SMB and FTP credentials to get mapped to the basic 'USERNAME' and 'PASSWORD' datastores), and touches up the other FTP modules slightly.
